We have 3 easy ways to get started:
Talk with your driver, text/call 513-216-8000, or email delivery@tjdryclean.com set up a regular service day.
You will receive a route reminder the night before we are in your area so just reply “yes” or you can go on our app or website to schedule a pick up. Please set your items out by 8am on pick up day!
No, feel free to send as much or as little as you need cleaned.
Regular items will be returned on your next delivery day. For example, if we pick up your items on Monday, they will be delivered back to you on Thursday.
Yes, we do and let me explain our reasoning.
Prior to scheduling your pick up, you will be prompted to add your credit card on file. Your card will automatically be charged once your order has been processed.
Your front door is recommended, but you can let us know if you would like to use an alternate location.
No. We always love the opportunity to say “hello” but you do not have to be there. Just make sure to set your items out by 8am!
Mondays and Thursdays, during the hours of 9am to 3pm. Please set items out by 8am in case we are early!
We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas. We will send emails whenever there is a schedule change during holiday weeks.
You can leave a detailed note in your bag letting us know your request. Please give specific item details. We will text/call if we have any questions!
If you need to change one of you regular preferences like starch level or pressing details you can make those changes in our app or website. You can also text/call our pick up & delivery service line: 513-216-8000.

We are happy to take back your TJ Dry Cleaners hangers. We can give you a hanger caddy to use for returning hangers. Just fill the caddy and then just leave it out with your next pick up. Your driver will leave you a new one. You also can use any type of disposable bag.
**Please note: Because loose hangers can damage your clothes, we highly recommend always placing hangers in a caddy or a separate disposable bag to keep them away from your clothing.
