  • We offer service on Monday and Thursdays.
  • To keep things simple, your items are priced the same as our regular store priced items. No upcharge or different pricing structure for delivery.
  • For the added service, we charge a flat pick up fee of $5.99 at the time of order. The $5.99 flat pick up fee is the same for 1 item or 100 items!
  • Delivery customers can save $ by redeeming our online monthly email coupon offers and app-only offers just like store customers at our locations.
  • In-store specials are not valid on delivery orders.
  • Remember to click to redeem the coupon offer once you receive it to your inbox so it is automatically added to your account and ready for use once you place your order for pick up.
  • Same goes for app-only coupons, please click to redeem in the app before a pick up order is placed so it’s added automatically to your account.
  • Coupons and discounts are not valid or accepted after pick up or upon delivery.

How can I get started?

We have 3 easy ways to get started:

How can I set up to have a scheduled regular pick up every week?

Talk with your driver, text/call 513-216-8000, or email delivery@tjdryclean.com set up a regular service day.

I am not a regular, scheduled delivery customer, how can I let you know I have a pick up?

You will receive a route reminder the night before we are in your area so just reply “yes” or you can go on our app or website to schedule a pick up. Please set your items out by 8am on pick up day!

Is there a minimum order?

No, feel free to send as much or as little as you need cleaned.

How long does it take?

Regular items will be returned on your next delivery day. For example, if we pick up your items on Monday, they will be delivered back to you on Thursday.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, we do and let me explain our reasoning.

  • To keep pricing simple, delivery customers are offered the same regular store pricing for all items and there is not a separate delivery pricing structure. A pair of pants picked up & delivered is the same price as a pair of pants dropped off at the store!
  • Email and app-only coupons are honored for delivery customers just like they are for in-store customers!
  • For the added convenience of our pick up & delivery service, we charge a flat fee of $5.99 at the time an order is picked up.

How do I pay for Pick Up and Delivery?

Prior to scheduling your pick up, you will be prompted to add your credit card on file. Your card will automatically be charged once your order has been processed.

Where are my clothes picked up and delivered?

Your front door is recommended, but you can let us know if you would like to use an alternate location.

Do I have to be there when you pick up and deliver?

No. We always love the opportunity to say “hello” but you do not have to be there. Just make sure to set your items out by 8am!

What days do you pick up and deliver?

Mondays and Thursdays, during the hours of 9am to 3pm. Please set items out by 8am in case we are early!

What happens on Holidays?

We are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas. We will send emails whenever there is a schedule change during holiday weeks.

What if I have a special request?

You can leave a detailed note in your bag letting us know your request. Please give specific item details. We will text/call if we have any questions!

If you need to change one of you regular preferences like starch level or pressing details you can make those changes in our app or website. You can also text/call our pick up & delivery service line: 513-216-8000.

Can I give back all my extra hangers?

We are happy to take back your TJ Dry Cleaners hangers. We can give you a hanger caddy to use for returning hangers. Just fill the caddy and then just leave it out with your next pick up. Your driver will leave you a new one. You also can use any type of disposable bag.

**Please note: Because loose hangers can damage your clothes, we highly recommend always placing hangers in a caddy or a separate disposable bag to keep them away from your clothing.
